2. Products & Orders

All products sold through Build With B are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful.

As products are printed and shipped on demand:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • Product placement, sizing, and print appearance may differ slightly from images shown.

  • Availability of products may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

Estimated shipping and processing times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • carrier delays

  • customs processing

  • public holidays

  • high order volumes

  • production delays outside of our control

Once an order has been shipped, Build With B is not responsible for:

  • shipping carrier delays

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
