5. Change of Mind Returns

As all items are made to order through a third-party fulfillment provider, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect sizing selection

  • preference changes

Please carefully review sizing charts before placing your order.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • or incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • photos of packaging (if applicable)

  • a description of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the policies of Printful.

7. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to consumer guarantees for products that are faulty or not as described.

Build With B will work with Printful to resolve verified manufacturing faults or printing issues.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • accidental damage

  • misuse or improper care

  • incorrect washing or drying methods

  • sizing dissatisfaction

Customers should follow all garment care instructions provided with the product.
